Who Am I?
Have you ever wondered, Who Am I? Have you ever thought that to yourself? Have you ever felt that?
Maybe you didn’t or couldn’t express it out loud to anyone for fear of what you thought they might think or say about you. You didn’t feel comfortable sharing those deep personal feelings with anyone. You wouldn’t dare expose yourself like that. Or, you tried once and were ridiculed. Whatever the case, It was still there…Who Am I?
Perhaps you are your own worst critic. I should know who I am by this time in my life! After all, I’ve done this, that, and the other. I am blank years old, I should certainly know who I am by now. I’ve had numerous experiences in my life thus far. How could I not know who I am!
Yet…the question still lingers. Who Am I?
If you have ever felt this way, or are feeling this way now, I need to let you know you are not alone. You weren’t the first one to feel this way, nor will you be the last one to feel this way. In fact, many of us, feel this way several times throughout our lifetime. It’s natural. It likely happens to all of us at some point and time in our life. Sometimes it serves as a sanity check. A way to check to see if you are still on course. A way to see if you are compromising your values. Or maybe a way to get you to take time out to discover what you should be doing. It’s all a part of healthy self-diagnosis process.
In a world of 7.8 Billion people and counting, where no 2 people are exactly alike, you are an original! None of us have the same fingerprints, each person has their own unique set. None of us has the exact same dental imprints either, not even identical twins. We all have unique identifiers that apply to each of us as individuals.
So that means you weren’t meant to be like mom, dad, a family member, a celebrity figure, an historical figure or anyone else who has walked this earth before or after you. You are one of a kind, a unique creation, rare, remarkable, notable, and wonderful, unlike any other person EVER. The mold for you was broken once you were born.
Each person that is born has a unique set of skills, abilities, thought process and purpose that no one else has ever had or will ever have. In YOUR mouth and in YOUR hands is a gift the World is waiting to see and hear.
Simply put, you were born to do what no one else can do but you. So the next time that question comes up meet it head on and find out what you have to offer that no one else has to offer. That’s Who You Are!
