NETWORKING AND CONNECTIONS

Networking is a term that most of us are very familiar with.

It’s been around for quite some time now. Since the 1960’s to be exact.

We all know about trying to make that right connection.

Whether for business or personal, everyone’s looking for the real hook up.

We can all use some help at some point in time in life.

We’re trying to connect with the right manager, the person who is the influencer,

the individual who suits us best, the one who will be right for us.

We attend dinners, benefits, gatherings, use social media, join organizations, exchange cards,

numbers, and get updated contact information.

Show of hands, from all of us, who have had that brilliant plan fail numerous times.

There was no success the first time we tried it, or the fifth time we tried it,

nor the fiftieth time we tried it.

That is just where social networking has gotten us.

We believe the more that we’re out there, the better our chances are to find what we want or need.

So, we search profiles, pages, accounts, IG’s, etc., and ask folks about folks.

We’re trying to naturally connect with those that have what we think we want.

We feel these relationships would be very convenient for us if we connected.

Afterall, it would stand to reason that since we like similar things, we must be similar people, right?

I have come to find out, that is not necessarily true.

While our likes may be similar, our motivation could be different.

Oftentimes our real need is much deeper than the stuff we want.

We are seeking a closeness. A kindred soul.  Folks that are like us at their core.

Like minded and like spirited. Cut from the same cloth, as it were.

I read in my faith manual where God said it is both good and sweet

when you are unified and surrounded by those who share your same values.

I couldn’t agree more.

We’ve been looking at convenient connections, while God has divine connections.

Those good and sweet connections. Like spirited and like-minded folks.

It is great to work, fellowship, live, play, hang out, do business with those whom

God has constructed a divine connection with for us.

God has those divine connections for all of us!

These divine connections come through networking spiritually.

Networking is just a fancy way of saying work on building a relationship.

As we work on building our relationship with God spiritually, he will begin

to connect us with others like us.

That’s what “Networking Spiritually” is all about.

God has divine connections lined up for each of us, all over the place.

Folks who will assist us in getting where we need to be.

Divine connections release power in your life as well as those with whom you are connected.

There is an awesome energy that flows through you when you are in a divine connection.

Sometimes we will have to overcome barriers to get in that divine connection.

Barriers of our past, barriers of our mind, barriers of our pride, barriers of prejudice,

barriers of our prior relationships, and all that we “know”.

But don’t worry God will see you through it. He promises that we will fulfill our destiny.

Grow in your communication with God and you will see your divine connections come to life.
